
This role is for a self-employed or employed individual, for the self-employed the relevant training certificates will be required for an employed position training will be given in the relevant areas.
- Maintain parish assets and open spaces.
- Liaise with parish appointed contractors.
- Investigate residents’ complaints.
- Domestic tasks – putting up notices, reading meters, MVAS data and allotment inspections.
- Help with office admin tasks, obtaining quotes contracts and cemetery admin.
- Identify problems that need repairing.
Skills
- Computer literate – familiar with Microsoft Office software
- Good communication skills
- Organised and self-motivated
