This role is for a self-employed or employed individual, for the self-employed the relevant training certificates will be required for an employed position training will be given in the relevant areas.

  • Maintain parish assets and open spaces.
  • Liaise with parish appointed contractors.
  • Investigate residents’ complaints.
  • Domestic tasks – putting up notices, reading meters, MVAS data and allotment inspections.
  • Help with office admin tasks, obtaining quotes contracts and cemetery admin.
  • Identify problems that need repairing.


  • Computer literate – familiar with Microsoft Office software
  • Good communication skills
  • Organised and self-motivated
